Next Sunday in Donegal Town the 3rd Co Squad Coaching day takes place. Sprints, hurdles and high jump will be covered. All TC athletes that have won Ulster/All Ireland medals are invited to attend.Club coaches that wish to upskill or have their coaching knowledge re enforced are also asked to make a special effort to attend. This Squad day will not interfere with our normal Sunday morning club session Note from Mary Callaghan Squad co ordinator attached below. Mary O Callaghan has asked that we remind everyone about the 3rd Donegal Development day that is being run by the county board. This next session takes place on Sunday in Donegal town hosted by Tir Chonaill AC. The events are Sprints,Hurdles & High Jump. All Ulster medallists or promising athletes are invited to attend. Please confirm your attendance with Mary. Start time is 11am to 3pm. Make sure you bring change of clothes and food and waterproofs. See you all there
